As leaders, we need to be prepared to speak about various AIDE-related topics whenever a situation presents itself – ranging from planning meetings and town halls to current events, to spontaneous “teachable moments.” Leaders often avoid these conversations because they don’t feel like an expert and they don’t want the conversation to turn into a heated debate. In this session, we’ll review several tips and tricks leaders can implement to help them confidently and authentically facilitate conversations on their teams about AIDE.
