About The Black in Education Network
A Flourishing Community of Black Educators: Our network serves as a dynamic hub for Black and Brown educators, offering a secure environment for collaboration, resource-sharing, innovation, and advocacy.
Through strategic partnerships with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), community members, and stakeholders we aim to co-create a “comprehensive toolkit” for Black educators. Through this toolkit, we aim to pool resources, and opportunities prioritizing diversity, equity, retention, belonging, for Black educators.
We're on a mission to cultivate a safe space for Black Educators in Delaware.
